Rheumatoid Arthritis Health Log

RA health log. Today I am changing the health log a little. I will update it daily if I can or write about several days if I miss a day or two. Today I am catching up on the last week. Saturday I had stiffness in my hands when I was holding the camera. Monday night I began to get stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Yesterday it finally started raining and the pain and stiffness have went down in the pain levels. Just annoying right now.
